Terroir
The winery operates two parcels of Beaune 1er Cru "Bressandes": one in ownership and the other in rental, belonging to the Hospices Civils de Beaune, for a total area of 0.93ha. These plots face due east and are located north of the appellation at the top of the hill.

Wine aging

Tasting notes
Complex and captivating nose, with notes of blackcurrant. A slight smoke / woody presence supports the wine and reinforces the complexity of the nose. In the mouth, we feel a beautiful purity of ripe blackcurrant. The volume and power on the palate impress, with paradoxically supple tannins making this ‘Bressandes’ a wine of great finesse.
