BEAUNE Red 2020

Characteristics:

The Beaune Rouge from the Domaine du Lycée Viticole de Beaune is a blend of several plots with a total area of ​​2ha88 located between 250 and 300m altitude, surrounding the Beaune 1er cru plots. Half of the volume of this appellation comes from vines cultivated in accordance with organic farming guidelines.

The vinification and aging of the wines is done independently for each plot so as to respect the potential of the grapes and the climates from which they come. The wines are blended just before bottling to obtain the best possible balance.

Beaune Rouge from Lycée Viticole is characterized by a beautiful dark purplish red color, the aromatic expression is marked by red fruits (strawberries and young cherries). The palate is superb, all round and velvety. The tannins are elegant and ripe. Typical of Beaune!

Beaune is a wine to drink if you want to preserve its exceptional fruit. It can also be kept for about ten years. It will be ideal with roasted meat.
