Aligoté is a grape variety covering around 1,250 ha with an average annual production of 60,000 hl. It owes its notoriety to Canon Félix Kir, mayor of Dijon, who served it to his distinguished guests by associating it with Dijon blackcurrant cream.
- Light pale dress, pretty shine
- Nose on pretty aromas of white flowers (linden or acacia) with a pleasant lemon side
- Mouth, refreshing: aromas of white flesh fruits (pear), with a tart touch
Taste on its youth and will be perfect as an aperitif, on typical Burgundian dishes (snails, parsley ham), or on seafood
