PAYMENT

The merchant website vins.lavitibeaune.com allows the customer to make payment directly online by credit card. After the validation of the order on the seller's site, and the assignment of the order number, the customer is redirected to the bank's secure site (Electronic Payment Terminal - EPT). This site must appear according to the secure https:// protocol in the customer's Internet browser.

The online payment system installed on this site performs enhanced identification of the customer's credit card using the 3D Secure protocol. During this double identification procedure, the customer is required to provide in the first phase: the number of his/her credit card, expiration date, and security code on the back of the credit card. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Any order will be honored subject to available stock. In case of stock shortage, we undertake to notify you by email within seven (7) days from the date of your order. We will indicate to you the time frame within which the product(s) could be delivered to you. You may then cancel the order if you wish. Without any response from the buyer within a period of 7 days (seven working days) from the alert email indicating the delivery time, Domaine du Lycée Viticole de Beaune will consider that the buyer maintains the order and accepts the new deadline.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

TRANSPORT - DELIVERY TIME - RESERVATIONS

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated in the order, by the carrier appointed by the seller. The seller undertakes to deliver the products within a maximum of 10 working days, except in case of extreme weather conditions making the transport of products inadvisable. In case of non-compliance with this deadline, the customer can ask the seller for the cancellation of the order.

In case of absence of the recipient or a person able to take possession of the products during the delivery, the carrier will leave a notice of passage at the delivery address indicated by the customer.

The customer can make reservations during the delivery of the products if:

• the delivery is not quantitatively compliant with the order

• the package(s) containing the products is/are severely damaged.

These reservations must be made in writing to the carrier at the time of delivery or no later than 3 days after delivery, and 10 days if the carrier is unable to prove that he/she has given the customer of the vins.lavitibeaune.com website the opportunity to effectively verify the condition of the transported items.

The customer must also inform the seller by letter, email, or telephone as soon as possible after these reservations have been made.

The customer also has the option of refusing damaged packages, stating, for example, "1 package refused for breakage and 2 packages received in good condition." If the above procedure has been followed, and if it is thus proven that the reservations are due to the fact that the package and products are severely damaged, the customer, at his/her choice, will be refunded the price paid or will receive a new delivery of similar products.

If the delivery does not comply quantitatively with the order, at the customer's choice, the seller will refund the price of the missing products or make a new delivery within 10 working days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

From the receipt of your order, you have a legal period of 14 clear days to withdraw, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except for return costs which remain at your expense. You can fill out the withdrawal form downloadable below and send it to our sales department. From your withdrawal, you then have a period of 14 days to return the product(s) you wish to be refunded, accompanied by this form. *When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

Conditions: • This return policy applies only to our products purchased by remote sale. • Products must be returned unopened, in their original packaging, and in perfect resalable condition. • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. • If the amount of your original order allowed you to obtain an advantage, the refund of the returned products will be possible subject to the return of the benefits. • If the total amount of returned items reduces the initial order amount below the threshold that gave access to free shipping, the said shipping costs will then be deducted from your refund.

In accordance with our General Conditions of Sale, in the event of an anomaly on the package or product(s), you can return it/them within 14 clear days from the receipt of the order, accompanied by this form, to obtain a free exchange.
