The “Discovery of climates” circuit, carried out on the initiative of the students, makes it possible to link 6 plots of the Domaine de la “Viti” in Beaune during an easy hike.
At each of the 6 plots, a reading table gives many explanations to better understand the terroirs, the wines and the links that unite them thanks to the work of man.
Due to the disappearance of most fruit trees in the vineyard, the establishment has taken the initiative to reintroduce a different species (almond, medlar, cormier, walnut, peach, cherry) on each plot.
