TEURONS 2022 BEAUNE 1er Cru

The Lycée viticole operates two parcels of Beaune 1er Cru "Teurons" belonging respectively to the French State and the city of Beaune, for a total area of 1.30ha.

These vines are grown in Organic Viticulture (plowing on horseback, mechanical weeding, ...), a mode of cultivation that respects the environment and the immediate vicinity of the Parc de la Bouzaise, a place for walking in the Beaunois area.

Teurons give fine and delicate wines with a melted tannic structure which gives them a cellar of 6 to 10 years or more for great vintages. These are typical wines from the finage of Beaune, with aromas of candied red berries (strawberry-raspberry and cherry-sour cherry jam)

These wines will ideally accompany white meats in sauce.
